When will it bloom
Sunflower is also called sun flower. Generally speaking, if sunflowers are sown in April, the flowering period is from July -August, and the maturity of the seeds is from August -September.
However, when breeding sunflowers, it can be used to make it bloom all year round. This requires accumulation of temperature. Basically, the plants accumulate a certain temperature during the growth process to bloom.
Flowering mechanism
When sunflowers bloom, a flower plate is open from tongue -shaped flowers to all open, usually it takes 6-9 days. The second day to the fifth day of the sunflower bloom is the flowering period of its flowering.
Sunflower’s flowers bloom at 4-6 in the morning and can be pollinated in the morning the next day. If it is not pollinated, the flowers can be kept for 7-10 days to not wither.
